Blue Brass

BlueBrass is a brass quintet comprised mostly of members of the Corvallis Community Band. In this picture, they are playing at Finley Wildlife Refuge for an event called "Barns and BlueBrass," the spring open house that showcases the facilities available at the Refuge. The Beaver Country Hot Air Band played at the Kings Valley Farmers Market on September 27, 2009.  Their performance was sponsored, in part, by a grant from the Benton County Cultural Coalition.

The Beaver Country Hot Air Band annually invites band members to join them in playing Christmas music in Downtown Corvallis on one Saturday in December.  Shoppers,  and especially their small children,  enjoy the music as the group strolls along and stops at various shops to play a tune.

This flute choir has been in demand for a number of events around Benton County. Last spring they played for the patrons of the Senior Meals Program in Monroe.

The Spiritoso Wind Quintet has enjoyed playing together for a number of years and performs whenever the opportunity arises.  Their next performance will be at the Benton Co.
